Biography[]

Backstory[]

Born in 1919 as Margaret Fraser. Meg was one of at least 3 children, she had a brother Andy Fraser and a sister Kitty Jarvis (Nee Fraser). Meg was of Scottish descent on her father's side, and her Scottish gran was still alive in 1964.

Meg married Charles Richardson and had Jill Richardson in 1946, and a son Sandy Richardson in 1950.

Meg was born the same year as Noele Gordon who played her, and was of Scottish descent like Noele was.

Also in a 1970s episode, Meg said she was bought up in Scotland, so must have moved to the Birmingham area of the English Midlands when she was young.

Meg's husband Charles was said to have died 3 years prior to 1964, so died about 1961.

1964-1970[]

Meg was 45 years old in 1964 and the owner of the Crossroads Motel. Meg ruled the roost at the motel for many years and was a stalwart.

1970-1981[]

In 1981, a fire gutted the motel on Bonfire Night. An already depressed Meg decided to move on in life and make a fresh start overseas, aboard the QE2.

1983[]

In 1983, Meg met up with Jill and Adam in Venice.

Meg died in about 1985. if she was born in 1919, she was around 65/66 at the time of her death. This means Meg was around the same age as the actress Noele Gordon, and also died around the same time as Noele Gordon.

In January 1987, Amy Turtle inferred that Meg had died by then.
